Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage and drive the full spectrum of Human Resouces functions
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and people development, recruitment and selection, policy/practices, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance management program.
knowledgable in industrial relations, Employment Act and Domestic Inquiry procedures
Handle and advise management on disciplinary issues, transfers, termination as well as other employee relations and matters in compliance with labor laws
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Excellent command of written and spoken English
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with the operations and procedures of the hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels
