Regional Sales Manager - The Advertiser - Ipoh

Responsibilities:
Responsible in achieving the sales targets, distribution, account management, customer services, retail excellence, and consumer demand activities.
Responsible in identifying qualified distributors.
Responsible for planning, developing and executing sales support program in achieving company sales targets.
Analyze overall market trends and sales information to identify business opportunity.
Manage and maintain quality customer services and business relation with relevant
stakeholders.
Manage and responsible for high performance and good integration between sales force team and distributors.
To develop business with new business points and setting up new distributorship in new territories.
Responsible for sales force efficiency through account management and outlet visit.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in FMCG, marketing, trade marketing or trading environment with minimum 5 years in Manager position.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Possesses good interpersonal skill, positive attitude and pleasant personality.
Must have proven success from work experience of strong leadership by envisioning, direction setting and enrolling others;
Fast thinking and problem solving skills; creativity & innovation; initiative & follow-through; and priority setting.
Company vehicle with petrol card will be provided for this employment.
