CREDIT CONTROL EXECUTIVE - TEG Facility Management - Selangor

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will assist Asset Manager on credit control & all leasing documentation at Taylor’s lakeside campus.
To handle all portfolio of Tenants and to ensure rental payments are made promptly according to the Tenancy Agreement;
To be responsible all credit control and collections by implementing good credit control policies and procedures;
To monitor closely on non payments due from Tenant’s account and to recover and minimize bad debts due from Tenants;
To prepare leasing and tenancy status reports;
Maintain good communication & to follow up on solutions with Tenant on their complaints;
To monitor and liaise the renovation of the tenants to ensure all fit out and renovation regulations are according to the standard guidelines;
To furnish all weekly & monthly credit reports and required action plan.
To perform all related works to leasing and tenancy matters.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 Years related working experience and dealing with leases & tenancy agreements.
Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and trouble-shooting capabilities.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of additional language would be added advantage.
Computer literate and knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
Able to commence work immediately will be added advantage
