Responsibilities:
Tender/ Quotation stage (Taking - off quantities, costing, compiling tender documents)
Contract administration.
Resolution of contractual claims and finalization of accounts.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying and Building or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess own transport.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
