Customer Service Officer - Mal-Tel Communication - Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
• To attend to inbound calls and follow-up on customer enquiries with courteous manner.
• To handle, follow-up and keep track on daily end-user RMA cases.
• To coordinate pick-up & delivery arrangements efficiently.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM or Professional Certificate in any field.
• Possess presentable outlook and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated and possess good command in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in customer service & IT Products (especially laptop) will be an added advantage.
• A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
