Admin Cum Accounts Officer - APR Electronics Services - Selangor

Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to Sales & Marketing staff, including quotation, tender documents, preparation of sales reports and exhibition
Perform administrative work, like telephone calls, sales literatures, database management and general co-ordination work
To receive sales order, arrange delivery and prepare necessary documents and activity progress reports
To perform basic accounting role in generating invoice and DO
To liaise with forwarder on delivery and shipment arrangement
To prepare departmental reports on monthly basis and ad-hoc informations

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with aptitude for written work in English & BM.
Familiar with basic accounting knowledge - those with experience in UBS is a plus.
Be committed, self- motivated, independent, energetic team player & result orientated
Team spirit, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude
Possess Own Transport, willing to travel and able to work long hours.
Understand customer's requirement & be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions with assistance of professional services team
