PURCHASING And LOGISTIC CLERK - Rotary Mec - Selangor

Responsibilities:
Filing the Purchase Order and the Material Requisition
Invoice matching – PO, DO and Invoice for payment
Prepare summary of purchased –to record the PO number, DO number and invoice in the Log book
Mails purchase orders
Performs other duties as assigned
Prepare inventory list for all stock in the store
To prepare/handle all relevant shipping documents – packaging and documentation
Any other duties arising from time to time.

Requirements:
SPM Holder
Minimum 2-3 years related working experience.
