Senior Retail Executive - Retail Executive - Katrin BJ - Selangor

Responsibilities:
To ensure overall retail outlets operations in perfect conditions to achieve sales targets, maximizing profitability and productivity, increase customer satisfaction and ensuring continuous business growth
To ensure excellent service standards of the shops in terms of presentation, display, maintenance and customer service
To provide after sales services to end user products and attend to customers’ complaints with regards to products or sales consultant
To direct and coordinate activities concerned (POP, display of merchandise, promotion, cooking demonstrations etc.) with the operations of the retail outlets within company guideline and policies
To build and have good relationship with complex personnel, retail sales consultant and customers
To ensure all orders issued are delivered on time and ensure highest delivery ratio
To hire, train, motivate and manage the Retail Consultants to increase sales and improve efficiency
To coordinate working schedule and daily operations of the outlets
To ensure healthy stock level and perform stock count on monthly basis at all retail outlets
To conduct competitor survey on the products features, prices and the activities that is taking place in other surrounding outlets.
To provide feedbacks and work closely with Sales & Marketing team to achieve company objectives

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing or any discipline that is relevant
Self motivated with a positive attitude, pro-active approach, possess strong leadership quality and a team player who is able to work with minimum supervision and highly committed
Good communication and organization skills
At least 3 years of working experience in related field. Preferably those who are hands-on and have knowledge in managing retail outlets. Those from FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
Must be a computer literate and willing to travel
