Responsibilities:
Lead the planning team in operating with a high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence result in fulfilling customer orders and administration of production capacity planning.
To ensure the smooth running of Planning Department to meet customer delivery date.
Scheduling of customer orders for production.
Established direction and plans for continuous growth of planning towards company goals.
Effective and efficient approaches in meeting pre-set planning fundamental through qualities, cost, delivery, people management, safety and etc.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
At least 5 years related working experience in manufacturing enviroment.
Knowledge of SAP or Oracle software is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and interaction skills
