Responsibilities:
Project management, planning, coordinating, scheduling all site activities
Supervise and monitoring project progress from beginning to end of project life cycle
Cost control planning, preparation of progress claim & progress report
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all levels of staff
Able to effectively liaise and interact with clients, site agents, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare project status report and keep management and respective clients updated on project status and related issues
Analytical, high level of integrity, diligent, able to work independently and under pressure within tight deadlines, mature leadership quality with good planning and problem solving skills
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Remuneration will commensurate according to the experience.
