Responsibilities:
To formulate sales target and to devise strategies and activities at point of sales. To ensure targets are met.
To build excellent relationships with the customers and to work out smart partnership to attain the sales target of both.
To be fully responsible for the overall sales target of the key account you service.
To train, motivate, lead and show direction to the sales team under your charge.
To be a good team leader that always aspire higher standards for your team.
To ensure the team sales target are achieved.
To ensure the brands are well merchandised and given its prominence with the expected growth.
To ensure overall maintenance of the point of sales is conducive to attract customers and to maintain / surpass the higher standards of the brands and the organisation.
To work closely and positively with the Marketing Department to attain the goals and targets of the Company.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a sales team leader.
Possess excellent planning organising capabilities, good interpersonal, problem solving, leadership and communications skills.
Good command of English.
Must be a computer literate and willing to travel.
Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Those from retail industry are encouraged to apply.
