Responsibilities:
To prepare monthly consolidated results for Property Division
To prepare Mplan, budget & forecast for Property Division
To prepare Variance Analysis on results (Actual vs Budget)
To prepare the Management Report
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of audit experience handling consolidation accounts
Able to lead a team to perform and meet a tight deadlines
