Responsibilities:
Assist DOS in planning sales strategies and meeting sales objectives and goals.
Direct solicitation calls on assigned accounts of travel trade, commercial companies, Associations, Meeting and Incentive Planners to sell all Hotel space and services.
Establish call frequencies for all accounts and develop business of newly assigned accounts in order to achieve high occupancy rate and revenue efficiency.
Initiate and promote events which contribute to popularity and income of the Hotel.
Direct promotional correspondence with both local and regional account.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma, Higher Diploma or Graduate in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales Hotel Management/Tourism services or equivalent.
