Responsibilities:
To provide check in and check out services to guest according to standard operation procedures.
To cultivate and maintain close rapport with guests at all times in order to ensure that they are well taken care and mutual goodwill is established.
Ensure that all guest request, queries and complaint are handled in a polite and efficient manner in order to achieve an optimum guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Langkawi.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
2 Full-Time positions available.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to work on shift duty.
Experience in hospitality industry is an extra advantage.
Computer literate.
Posses a positive attitude and pleasant personality towards the job.
