Production Manager - Senawang

Responsibilities:
Assist Operation Manager to oversee production and maintenance (waste water treatment and machinery)
Plan Raw Material and Packaging Materials required for blending and packing process according to production schedules and within the availability of manpower and machine capacity.
To ensure products is strictly produced according to product specifications and standard operating procedures.
To ensure all non-conforming products are properly identified, segregated and submitted for management review.
To continuously look into ways to enhance the productivity of the Production Department by utilizing machine capacity and manpower in an optimum way.
To motivate operators, line leaders and promote good morale and team working spirit, and minimize absenteeism.
To promote safety awareness in production.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of factory equipment, machinery and building.
Responsible for total maintenance system for all equipment and machinery in Production Department.
To liaise with suppliers and contractors for the maintenance and servicing of equipment and machinery.

Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering
4-5 years of relevant working experience ; technical, maintenance, production line
Familiar with MRP Pronto preferred but not a must
No race preference, gender Male, above 30
Computer literate, especially in Words, Excel and Power Points
Skilful in preventive maintenance is an added advantage.
Preferable knowledge in statutory & regulatory requirements for Safety, Health & Environment such as OSHA, CHRA, USECHH & etc.
