Chief Financial Officer - Agensi Pekerjaan Career Track - Selangor

Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers.
Full-Time positions available.
Ability to work with subordinates and senior management.
Communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent).
Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Presentation skills.
Experience in hospitality industry preferred. Other industries are all welcome to apply.

Requirements:
To effectively manage the Finance & Administration function to provide financial and business advice to support strategic investment decisions.
Effectively optimising all resources and to provide financial planning and processing in accordance with local government rulings.
To advise the business on financial implications with respect to major changes, such as integration and any other business related matters.
To act as a financial advisor for cross-functional projects to support appropriate investment and financial analysis.
To provide professional services for billing, credit control and debt collection whilst maintaining good customer relations.
To work together with Business Units and the Sales function to provide financial advice to customers in line with business proposals.
To effectively manage the integration of financial services.
To change business requirements to adapt to the external market and industry changes.
Adjusting financial structure and processes.
Advising business on appropriate course of actions.
Cost analysis.
Management and Financial Reporting
To ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal and Regional Office use in compliance with the Network Finance Manual, in addition to providing variance analysis and narratives when necessary.
To ensure that the quarterly and annual audited financial statements comply with local accounting and auditing standards.
To ensure implementation of audit recommendations from internal and external auditors and compliance with all procedures and policies in the finance area.
Planning and Budgeting
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
1 Full-Time positions available.
